Slime Party Magic
The ultimate slime party for kids!
Are you ready for the ultimate slime party? Perfect for budding scientists or sensory seekers, making slime is a great crowd-pleaser party!
After many special requests, I’ve now created an official Made By Me Slime Craft Party that can be customised to your child’s preferences.
Together, we’ll make three slimes, talking through the science of slime, experimenting with stretch, bubbles and sound and then making each slime pretty with an exciting range of slime charms to fit your theme. This kid’s slime making party is perfect for ages 5-13 years.
The Slime Party Activities
The welcome activity
I’ll arrive at your venue 45 minutes before the party starts to set up with tablecloths, floor covering (if needed) and aprons for the guests.
We’ll decorate party bags as a welcome activity. This helps everyone to settle in and stay occupied while guests arrive. Plus, they’ll have their party bag named and ready to take their slime home in!
Super slime making
Once everyone has arrived, we’ll make our three slimes together. It’s hands-on and really fun. I’ll be available to help anyone who gets stuck. We’ll make a basic slime, crunchy or scented slime and the ever-popular fluffy slime. Each child will choose the colour of their slime, glitter and slime charms to top off their creations.
Throughout the party, we’ll experiment with the slime to see who can blow the biggest bubble. We’ll also see how long we can stretch the slime (if there is suitable space). I will show the children how to create bubbles to make the slime crackle and pop when they play with it.
The slime pots will also be decorated with gems, stickers and Sharpies.
I’ll take everything down once we’re finished – this usually takes about 30 minutes.

Slime Party FAQs
Is the slime party going to be really messy?
In my experience, slime parties aren’t actually that messy! We use PVA glue, ready mixed, washable paint and glitter at slime parties. Aprons and tablecloths will be provided. I recommend having the party in an area with a washable floor, just in case. If you have carpet, we can discuss using floor coverings – just let me know!
What age is a slime party suitable for?
Slime parties are suitable for ages 5 and up (or reception age children).
How many children can I invite to the slime party?
For children to receive the best possible party experience, I recommend inviting between 8 and 12 children. If you’d like more children to attend, we can supply extra party leaders to help keep the fun going.
What areas do you cover?
I can come to your home or a venue of your choice. I cover Poole, Bournemouth, Dorset, Salisbury, Wiltshire, Southampton and Hampshire. A small charge may be applied to cover additional travel costs for certain locations.
