Easy, Stress-Free Spring and Summer Birthday Parties

Let me take the stress and strain away from organising your child’s next birthday party. I’ll provide the party entertainment for an hour and a half, set everything up and clear away afterwards. All you need to do is provide a room, a table, birthday cake and some food. I’ll bring paper party bags, a tablecloth and everything needed for the party activities.

Children will love this fun and unique party as they unleash their creativity to decorate sunglasses and baseball hats that are as individual as they are.

Sunhats & Sunnies – All The Party Details

Activities – Decorate a colourful, paper party bag, decorate sunglasses (various colours available) and decorate a white baseball hat.
Age range – This party is ideal for ages 5 and up. It’s also great for a mixed group of ages and abilities.
Time – one and a half hours long (I’ll also need 45 minutes to set up and 30 minutes to clear away).
Cost – £250 for up to 10 children and £20 per extra child.
What you need to provide – A room, table and cake. I’ll provide the rest for the craft activities. Including party bags, personalised welcome sign, tablecloths, aprons and all the craft materials.

Who is it for?

The Sunhats and Sunnies party is perfect for creative kids of all ages who have a birthday in the spring or summer (Autumn and winter birthdays are welcome too, of course!).

This craft party is great for small or large birthday parties, garden parties and summer family events where I’ll keep the kids entertained so you can kick back and enjoy yourself for a few hours. The party would suit a ‘pop up’ style table where kids can drop in and out of the activities. The pop up tables are ideal for events such as a christening, wedding or big birthday celebration. Please contact me for a quote, as pop up tables are priced differently.

What Happens at a Sunhats And Sunnies Craft Party?

As children arrive at the party, they will be met by me, Lexy, with a welcome activity. Everyone will decorate a colourful, paper party bag to put their makes in at the end of the party. Once everyone has arrived, Lexy will introduce the first activity and everyone will decorate a unique pair of sunglasses using gemstones and beads. The final activity will be decorating the white baseball hats. After a short demonstration and tour of the craft supplies, everyone will decorate their baseball hat using beads, safety pins, fabric pens, stencils, stickers and much more. We’ll even learn to use the badge making machine. Children absolutely LOVE this part of the party!
